Therapy
Approach

My approach is rooted in empathy and respect for each individual, recognizing that every person brings their own unique blend of experiences, strengths, and challenges.

I help clients understand what causes them to feel stuck, and what is needed to get unstuck, while providing the support, guidance, and witnessing that is necessary for growth. Change can be stressful, but in a safe and supportive environment, we can explore the underlying issues that hold you back and work toward resolving them.

I prioritize a collaborative approach to ensure you feel you are a partner in the therapeutic process. Our goal is to create a relationship in which you feel heard, validated and empowered to identify goals and develop strategies that work for you. My practice includes the integration of humor, curiosity, resilience, and self-compassion which I believe fosters the best possible outcomes for my clients.

As a psychotherapist, it’s important to me that each of my clients is fully informed about each step of their journey. My aim is to help each individual develop the skills and knowledge needed to be their own therapist.
